Small and scenic little self-catering paradise hidden away in the heart of montagu. Well situated to explore the town on foot with numerous restaurants and view points to explore. Gracious, friendly and helpful owner. This is definitely a spot to cherish and enjoy.
Nice place in the middle of a peaceful town. The lovely garden offers several seeting spaces and there is even a little swimming pool. The SPAR market is just a few blocks further down the street and pubs and restaurants are right there as well. The owner and staff are very nice and always concerned about your well-being. Big thanks to Christine and Audrey!
Lovely place! We stayed in the self-catering cottage and enjoyed it very much. Spacious, well-equipped and very neat. We felt right at home. Staff are awesome, we received easy and detailed check-in instructions. The guest lodge is centrally located and we could safely walk to town and explore. Definitely recommended when visiting the area!
We loved our 2 night stay at this lovely guest house. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. with every thing we needed for our self catering visit. The plunge pool was most welcome in the hot weather, and Christine went out of her way to make our stay most enjoyable. The guesthouse is close to restaurants, but far enough to be quiet. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will come again.
Service is great and friendly. Very neat. Peaceful. Close to all the little shops and cafes. Just some points to mention: * There was only enough milk for a cup of coffee for each of us when we arrived and not enough for the next morning, although, we just went to one of the local spots for breakfast, which was super close. * No water in the mini fridge. But I guess that is normal? * The room that has windows that look out towards the street does not have blockout blinds/curtains, so it's quite bright in the room during the night.
