Stayed: 16 June 2026 | One night From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. Elizabeth greeted us warmly and took care of everything we needed with a smile and effortless grace, exactly the kind of hospitality that turns a simple overnight stop into a memorable one. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. A real highlight was the bedroom, which opened directly onto a beautiful garden, a lovely touch that made the space feel special. For those travelling with a vehicle and trailer (as we were), the secure parking behind an electric gate was a huge bonus and gave us complete peace of mind. The location is ideal, close to the town centre and within easy reach of restaurants, making it convenient without feeling busy. We would happily recommend Connie's Cottages to any traveller looking for a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming place to rest for the night. We will certainly keep it in mind for future trips through Montagu.
