Thorn Tree Bush Camp is a campground in Johannesburg inside the Dinokeng Big Five Game Reserve. We offer tented bush camps, cabins, and a self-catering cottage for privacy and connection to the wild. Guests can enjoy crackling fires and braais under the stars, listen to night sounds of lions, hyenas, and jackals, and see giraffes along the fence line. We provide fully equipped tents and caravan/trailer stands for a comfortable stay. Our expert guides lead open game vehicle safaris and guided bush walks for tracking the Big Five and other wildlife.
