Not recommended. Leopard's Leap is a striking establishment with its beautifully vast building, seamlessly blending indoor and semi-outdoor spaces. As a seasoned Google level 9 reviewer with an impressive 30 million view rate, I have visited numerous places, and unfortunately, my experience here was less than favorable, particularly regarding the staff's demeanor. The winter menu was disappointingly small compared to the expansive and inviting buffets offered in summer, which was rather unexpected. However, what truly stood out was the reception we received upon arrival. The ladies welcoming guests seemed unfriendly and lacking in warmth, which is disheartening in the hospitality industry. There were no smiles, no warm greetings, and no introductions to the restaurant or tasting areas. This set a rather bland tone for what could have been a genuinely delightful experience, given the stunning interior of the restaurant. A shining star amidst the otherwise lackluster service was Shandre. Her exceptional ability to take charge in a situation where we were left unsure of where to taste wine and obtain a menu transformed our visit. While most of the staff appeared to be in a kind of “limbo mode,” Shandre truly made things happen. Her outstanding service not only created a more pleasant atmosphere but also highlighted her as a remarkable asset to the establishment. She even went above and beyond when she noticed I was in distress due to an injury I sustained right outside the restaurant, promptly organizing assistance to attend to my bleeding leg. As for the wine tasting experience, it was just ok, with the Chenin being the standout option that I would highly recommend. However, despite this small highlight, I cannot overlook the cold and bland atmosphere that permeated the experience overall. Would I recommend Leopard's Leap? Regrettably, my answer is no. The unwelcoming environment and the inconsistency in service overshadowed the potential enjoyment of this beautiful venue.
