Beautiful. Serene. Inspiring. Stunning scenery/views. Exquisite gardens and lawns. Lovely walkways thru trees and shrubbery. Gorgeous roses and flower gardens. Agapanthus just starting to bloom. Unique play grounds. Plenty of shade. Friendly staff. Variety of venues, however we only popped in just before closing time so we didn't get to experience any of them. But it all looks very inviting. Definitely on the bucket list for another day. Hopefully soon.

Absolutely stunning & picturesque vineyard with the most beautiful garden and seating areas. We visited early afternoon & had coffee from the barn and sat in the beautiful garden area under the trees. Please fully walk around the beautiful premises, there are so many wonderful areas; wine tasting room, dining room, coffee area, gift shop, bakery etc etc. The architecture & design thought that has gone in to this, is wonderful!

The Artisan Bakery is definitely worth stopping at. Suggest booking esp if there are a group of you. Cloete is a great host and service is good. The La Motte hike is also worth booking on - 12 hikers max.

Came here for lunch while visiting a variety of estates. This is wine country and there is no shortage of fantastic spots. The atmosphere was pleasant. I had an open face steak sandwich and the accompanied Cab-Sav. It was delicious. The Estate is great to walk around and they have a gallery. There are two restaurants but we are at the bakery. Friendly service.

Definitely a must when we holiday in Cape Town. Their bakery and sourdough breads, pastries is the best quality I’ve eaten to date. Their ingredients and presentation of food is at next level. Mouthwatering dishes with excellent service. Our wine tasting set the tone for the day. A beautiful elegant wine estate. A must for a day out.
