Amazing experience. Did the cellar tour and wine tasting. Ashwill provided us with the best service and we got to learn so much about the history and wine making process. Would definitely come back again.

Ashwill was a lovely host at out tasting. We tasted the Shades of Chardonnay and were given generous amounts of each. The silk nectar bubbly is sublime. We were a little disappointed that our roasted nuts which we ordered extra were far from fresh - or they had been left out on a counter for hours and had gone soft. The cellar downstairs was impressive and immaculate. We bought a mixed case of wines to take home

From the moment we stepped through the doors, the hospitality and attention to detail were immediately evident. The team welcomed us warmly, guided us through the process effortlessly, and created an atmosphere that felt relaxed and inviting from the very beginning. I began with the Wine Cellar Tour and the Sabrage experience, which was an incredible way to start the day. Our guide was exceptionally well informed, bringing the history and winemaking process to life while answering every question with ease. The wine tasting was superb, with each selection showcasing remarkable quality and craftsmanship. A memorable part of the experience was connecting with people from different parts of the world, which added such a wonderful energy to the day. I later visited the restaurant, where the meals were beautifully prepared and complemented by polished, attentive service. Every element felt thoughtfully curated and executed to the highest standard. An unforgettable experience that exceeded expectations in every respect. I left with a few bottles for friends and family and look forward to returning again.

A lovely birthday lunch was enjoyed thanks to the incredible atmosphere, exceptional food and drinks, and wonderful service at Haute Cabrière. Having visited countless times before, it still somehow feels like a new experience with every visit because of the consistently high standard, attention to detail, and level of care put into every aspect of the experience. Everything once again exceeded expectations and made the celebration feel even more special. The thoughtful touch of being given a birthday cake for dessert was greatly appreciated, and the genuine hospitality shown to us throughout the afternoon, regardless of the occasion, added greatly to the enjoyment of the day. I’m especially glad we got to appreciate the space for what it is before the revamp, and I cannot wait to return to see and experience what’s next. It’s a place we’ll continue returning to and recommending to others.

Wow! My favorite wine estate visited yet. Service was alittle slow however we were in no hurry. We enjoyed our 2 hours relaxing and sipping on bottomless MCC pairing. Loved it. After 2 hours of alot of tasting, we hopped back onto the wine tram.
