I had fried calamari rings that was very oily and most of the dough fel of before I could eat it. It was a bday celebration and the lady who served us was not friendly st all. We have been there 2 years ago and didn't had the same experience. Eisbein was delicious though. The life entertainment was great!

As an overseas tourist, I felt immediately comfortable and welcome. The hearty breakfast? My best in SA to date, easily so! The latte lovely and I've yet to try, the evening time. I'll head straight to 1 of their reasonably priced, bottles of wine.

I came here today to watch the Springboks game and it was packed! The atmosphere was awesome and I loved that we could watch the game on the TV! We may not have gotten the best spot for 4 people but it was enough to enjoy some dinner and watch the rugby. We ordered pretty quickly to a waiter and amazingly, she memorised everything we ordered which was a very big order! Anyway, our food arrived at a speedy time considering how busy it was! The food was pretty good. I enjoyed my chicken strips and chips but it was a little bit dry. We watched the game and we enjoyed an amazing atmosphere as usual here. Very good for a pub!

We are new in town, so we like to visit all the nice places around and in town. This one is definitely our favorite so far. The atmosphere is very nice. The food is delicious. And with good company you will have a blast. Live band playing. Lots of seating, and there is also a play park for kids.

Absolutely lovely experience. Great service, great atmosphere with a live band that was performing. Play areas for the kids and pretty nice seating area inside and out. Only issue that I had was that I found a hair mixed in with my chips 🤢. If it wasn't for that the review would be full marks. Oh and another plus was that the bathroom was clean which is always lovely
