A fun wine-tasting experience in the Marrakech Cave at Klein Roosboom was had. Jéan Restaurant is one of my favourite places to go, so it was only fitting to explore some of the other offerings at the wine farm. The atmosphere is unique and exciting compared to your usual wine-tasting setting and experience. However, I’d love to see a theme change within the caves, as they feel a little outdated and could definitely benefit from a refresh. Our waitress on the day was lovely, although she seemed a little all over the show, which unfortunately made the experience feel less personal and curated and somewhat rushed. The wines were enjoyable, although they weren’t my favourite. The eats and treats, however, were delicious, as is all the food I’ve had from this establishment. Definitely an experience worth trying!

We visited Klein Roosboom for my sister’s birthday wine tasting, and it was exceptional. The space is absolutely beautiful, but what makes it extra special is that each tasting room has its own unique, beautifully curated theme—it adds such a fun, memorable element to the day. The food was great, and the service from the staff was incredibly attentive and warm. This is a top-tier venue for special occasions, and we will definitely be back for future events. Highly recommended for groups!

We attended The Asado evening where we experienced the sausage making and that was a good adventure. Loved the menu food was delicious and my favourite roosterkoek was on menu . Roosterkoek was so delicious. Venue was perfect for the Occassion. The Staff was so friendly and welcomed us with so much warm in their hearts. Well done to all who made this evening so perfect. A must visit when you in the area. This is a hidden gem in Cape Town. Thank You for a wonderful evening .

My mum daughter and I spend our three generational birthday celebration today.What an exceptional experience from start to finish! The wine tasting was beautifully curated, offering a fantastic selection that showcased both quality and variety. Each wine was expertly presented, with interesting insights that made the tasting both educational and enjoyable. The wine tasting area see the best part about itself has a wonderful atmosphere elegant, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxed afternoon or special occasion. A special mention must go to our server Darrin with an I lol , who truly elevated the entire experience he fit well into our personality as a group . His knowledge of the wines, attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine passion for hospitality were outstanding. He made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived and ensured every aspect of our visit was seamless and enjoyable. Exceptional service, outstanding wines, and a memorable wine experience. The place itself we will definitely be returning and highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a world-class wine tasting experience.
