​My stay at Anna Nella in Cape Town was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the owners demonstrated an incredible level of hospitality, constantly going above and beyond what was expected or paid for. ​Their genuine kindness and willingness to help with things completely outside of their standard services truly set them apart. For instance, when I was gifted two bottles of wine from local friends of mine, the hosts went entirely out of their way to find bubble wrap and carefully package the bottles so I could pack them securely in my suitcase for the journey home. ​A very special note of merit must also go to Janine. Her extreme courtesy, warm smile while serving breakfast, and the attentive care she showed in looking after the guests made every morning an absolute delight. ​If you are looking for a place in Cape Town that combines comfort with outstanding, heartwarming hospitality, I cannot recommend Anna Nella highly enough. I will definitely be back!

We recently had our team stay here for a week. We rented the conference room for 2 days. Ronelle, Jaapie and Janine are the perfect hosts. So accommodating and helpful. The facilities are top notch. Highly recommended to anyone staying in Cape Town.

What a fabulous place this is!Definitely the best we've ever stayed in. Beautiful decor, rooms and outside gardens. Quiet tranquil and relaxing. Staff are most helpful, will go out of their way to assist your every need. Spotlessly clean and ever so comfortable. The breakfasts are catered to your choices and are exceptional. AnnaNella Hotel is truly exceptional. From the moment you arrive, it is clear that the owners take immense pride in every aspect of the property. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the décor and beautifully appointed rooms to the amenities and meals. Nothing feels accidental. Everything is carefully planned and executed to perfection. The hotel is immaculate, elegant, and incredibly welcoming. You can see and feel the care that has gone into creating such a special space. Our room was spotless and beautifully styled, and every little touch added to the overall experience. Breakfast was a highlight. The owner was personally present, serving guests alongside the staff and making sure everyone had everything they needed, and more. That level of attention and hands-on hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and would return in a heartbeat. AnnaNella Hotel sets the standard for thoughtful, attentive hospitality. We will definitely be back.

Very pleasant stay and the accommodation looks exactly like the images, actually better. The staff was very accommodating and friendly especially catering towards our Halaal specifications and they went above and beyond in every aspect. Breakfast was served hot and of the same standard every morning with the best Halaal Dhania sausage in the game. Definitely coming back and would recommend this accommodation to everyone. Thank you to all the staff and management for an excellent stay.
