I and a small group of friends went here to watch a rugby game in the restaurant area. The afternoon was fine but as the night went on, the table service grew worse, to the point that other people from different tables got up and went over to the bar themselves to get refills as the waitress was dismissive and no where to be seen. At the end of the night we got a round of shots for the table and the glasses had a rim of guck around each of the CRACKED PLASTIC GLASSES. When we called over the manager he was drunk and dismissive of the issue. The drinks were tasty but the service was so trash for a Saturday night. I'd love to go again but to know that I'd be so openly dismissed is so detering and mood ruining to an evening

We visited Ceres Brewery with the expectation of a brewery experience, only to find out it’s no longer a brewery but just a pub. They haven’t brewed their own beer for quite some time and now serve Darling Brewery beers and lagers instead. This was quite disappointing, as we specifically went for a beer tasting, which was not available. 🤔😒 That said, the burgers 🍔 were decent, and the Watermelon Gin & Tonic and Vuilhond Lager 🍺 weren’t bad. If you’re already in the area, it’s a reasonable spot for a quick bite, but it’s definitely not worth a long drive just for the experience.

We initially wanted to do a beer tasting as seen advertised but what a dissappintment - this is nothing more than a pub. They no longer have the brewery and offer no tastings - the menus aren't even updated. Update your website and advertising so people don't waste their time. Very dissappnting and not recommended.

Small brewery located in Ceres main road as you enter town from the pass. I had both their Ale and Lager, which went down smoothly. Kids had some pizzas which they quite enjoyed. A bit quiet due to Covid, but overall a pleasant experience.

If you are looking for a great place to relax and grab a tasty burger Ceres Brewery is the place for you. We initially visited to do a beer tasting which consists out of their Lager, Weiss, IPA, American Ale and Blonde, and then decided to grab something to eat as well. Although the beers weren't really to my taste I did enjoy the American Ale, and proceeded to order a draft to enjoy with my burger. The burger as well as the chips was very tasty and the portion was quite good as well. What was great was that they have a TV in the brewery so we could also watch the rugby while we were there. Overall a good option if you're in the area.
