We didn't plan to stop at Zandvliet but we are so glad we did! We were warmly welcomed, and enjoyed an informative wine tasting experience. They were true to their name "home of Shiraz". The team were friendly, extremely informative which added to the quality of the tasting experience. The farm and tasting venue are stunning! We will most definitely visit again. 🍷

We went 1h before closing on a Saturday (without booking) and we're welcomed warmly. The estate is beautiful and the wine tasting room stunning. We enjoyed the wine & food tasting which consisted of 5 wines (and 5 food pairings): Chardonnay, Rose, Shiraz, Another red wine (PowerPocket) and a Port wine. All in all it was 135R per person, which we thought was exceptional value for money. We definitely recommend coming here. We got a short introduction to the wines which we liked a lot, as we could then go through the wines by ourselves.

What an unexpected surprise. From the 1st view of the exquisite manor house, to the actual wine tasting premises. The actual wine tasting was one of our favourite ever. Great service and good portions. Loved it!

The Shiraz wines from Zandvliet are truly outstanding. Anyone who loves this grape variety should definitely visit the estate. The tasting itself was excellent. A knowledgeable and very friendly staff member guided us through the experience. Highly recommended.
