Southward Distilling Co is a distillery in Wellington crafting small-batch gin and whisky. We blend unique flavors and offer a range of spirits for discovery. Our team welcomes visitors to our tasting room in Lyall Bay. We provide gin tasting and blending experiences, allowing guests to learn about the distilling process. Our space is set up for tastings, drinks, and nibbles, with both indoor seating and a courtyard for enjoying the weather. Our tasting room features a selection of our spirits, tasting flights, and snacks. We also have a cellar door for takeaway bottles, alongside a rotating collection of limited and seasonal releases.
