It’s places like this that make me love this city! From learning about the gins to relaxing on the comfy couches with chips, dip and a stunning view… our experience was amazing! Plus bonus goodies (best olives ever!) an getting to try gin that’s not yet released. Perfect spot to watch the weather roll in. Can’t wait to come back!
New favourite South Coast spot unlocked! Popped in with a friend for a gin tasting and delicious platter and never wanted to leave. Great vibe and super hospitable staff! Set up really well for couples and groups to do tastings, drinks and nibbles. Perfect on a rainy day and a lovely wee courtyard out front for when the sun is shining. Loved everything about it and can’t wait to go back!
Had a fantastic gin tasting and blending experience at Southward. Super friendly, funny and knowledgeable staff, and the whole 2 hours was fantastic entertainment. We learned a lot about the Distilling process and highly recommend it to everyone. Great value for money, and the food halfway through the tasting was a great touch. You should definitely do a tasting, or even better, the full event- such a fun experience with an entertaining host. You'll love the tastings on offer but the bonus is your own gin you've 'made' to take home. I loved mine! Then, on a wild day, sitting at their Distillery is a great way to spend an hour or two with friends.
Fantastic experience doing a gin tasting and then learning to make our own gin blends. Frankie is an excellent story teller and teacher. Was an excellent choice of place for a group. As well as great gins.
