We were disappointed with our stay. Before arriving, we were told $20 charge extra children and that our toddler would stay free. The charge changed to $30 and we were also charged for our toddler. Our first room had a large tear in the vinyl flooring and black mould on the silicone around the bath. My daughter has mould and dust allergies with severe asthma, so this was particularly concerning. We requested another room, but the replacement had one fewer bed and no bath, along with ants on the bedside table and a sink that had been patched with silicone. We were initially told we would receive a $30 refund to compensate, but this was later withdrawn. They decided not to charge my.sister for her child instead because they 'dont give refunds'. The beds were comfortable, the electric blankets were appreciated on a cold night, and the TV was a good size. The room itself was also spacious. Unfortunately, our daughter woke the next morning with a puffy red eye, likely dust from the heat pump. I forgot to check the filter. Overall, we left feeling disappointed with both the condition of the accommodation and the way our concerns were handled. Definitely would not recommend.
