Lovely Wine tasting experience hosted by Susan, She may feel very welcome explained all of her wine and the history of the vineyard. We purchased a bottle of the Pinot Gris 2017. Didn’t get to try the food but definitely will go back for her charcuterie board
Great wine in this place and all named after wāhine! Spent time chatting with the owner Susan who was very generous with sharing information on the wine/history as well as her kindness. Second time visiting and definitely will be coming back again.
Quite a good place to visit on a nice day as you can site outside and enjoy a wine and a light snack (platter).
Liked the vibe in the little garden. Very good wines and laid back wine tasting at the table. Would recommend if you want a little bit more chill wine tasting experience with more time to really taste the wines without having a sommelier talking your head off while tasting. Recommend going. :)
Came here last minute after a hike with friends and wasn’t expecting much but we all agreed it was by far the best winery experience we’ve ever had. Alec who owns the neighbouring vineyard was taking care of us and we were blown away by his amazing knowledge and information about the wines. We learnt so much and had such a laugh! Highly recommend if you’re stopping off at a winery in Martinborough. 😊
