Love, love, loved our dining experience at Cool Change. Food was great and the service was outstanding. The retro atmosphere was fun, it was like stepping back into my Nana's lounge fifty years ago. Thank you for the very cool evening. We will definitely be back.
We had a really lovely experience here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We arrived quite late, after 10pm, as we had just finished our 8pm Star Safari tour and were expecting that the kitchen would already be closed. While they did let us know the kitchen had shut, they still went out of their way to accommodate us and kindly prepared some crispy chicken and calamari. We really appreciated the extra effort they made, especially at that hour. The food was delicious and the service was warm and welcoming. It made for a perfect end to our evening—highly recommended!
Great daily burger. Just a nice burger and fries, just as you want it. Ppl working there were nice,seems like they had a good time and were very open and welcoming. The overall athmosphere was that of a local afterwork place with a good standard. Definitely recommend for a laid back dinner.
Very disappointed in the portion size and value of main dish ($32 for three small pieces of pork belly and a few bites of salad). Additionally, we informed the staff that we had a time restriction, which was not honoured; it took 30+ minutes for the order to be made. We called ahead and they told us that kitchen wasn't busy. Place was moderately busy, but primarily only for drinks. Service and atmosphere were nice, but not worth it. I regret not taking the refund offered.
Such a great place! Awesome retro decor & vibe - my photos do not do it justice. Very attentive staff who really looked after folk with dietary requirements, the cauliflower was delicious!. Highly recommend stopping in. The wallpaper in the ladies toilet is amazing
