Great atmosphere and lovely wine. Looking forward to next trip to taste some of the food available.

We’ve been coming to Cambridge Road for 4 years now, and it never disappoints. This place has become a highlight of every visit to Martinborough — and for good reason. The Rosso is incredible — easily our favourite wine of the trip every time. Paired with what I can only describe as the best cheeseboard in town, it’s the perfect afternoon. The vibe is so relaxed and laid back, exactly what a great vineyard experience should be. And Lance is an absolute legend — always makes us feel so welcome and really adds to the whole experience.

OHHH YEAAAH. We've been here twice recently and LOVE IT. Tito, the visiting (wandering) chef creates master pieces that are to die for! Lance (owner and wine guy) welcomes you with friendliness and warmth. I know nothing about wine, apart from knowing I like what I like, but he knows a lot and understood how to guide a simple man like myself :) Totally recommend either the long lunches, or the evening meals, or just calling in and doing a sample taste.

It is a lovely sunny Autumn evening here in Whanganui so just opened the Cambridge Road Stargazer Pinot Noir with much enthusiasm!! We bought it about 5 years ago on a road trip through Marlbourogh. It was cloudy and definitely disappointing!!!! So sad!! Does this wine need to be consumed fresh??? Is there a recommendation to do this??? It was NOT CHEAP but has been put in tge fridge for maybe cooking?? Not sure if it is good enough for that?? Disappointing because we bought 2!!!! Any there is another unopened bottle on the shelf!!😭😭😭

Thoroughly enjoyed the organic wine tasting. 5 different wines with a range of production methods for them each to have their own character. We didn't try the food but the chef on site was cooking up some delicious looking dishes. Also have at least two friendly cats for pats and are dog friendly in the outside seating areas The (assumed) owner and staff were friendly, we wouldn't hesitate to return!
