Excellent stay, great communication and access to town is just a two minutes amble. Super comfortable bed and view of the hills was spectacular first thing in the morning. Highly recommend a stay, great pricing as well.

Great place in the heart of Featherstone. Close enough to main street for your shopping yet far from hustle and bustle of the main street. Recommended

The sad thing about my stay here was that I didn’t get to meet the host but a huge thanks to Bronwyn for suggesting Room 201. It was beautifully appointed and comfortable and I thought the location of the train track was a big bonus because it made for something quite exciting when a train came by. The shared kitchen was beyond expectations with an accompanying lounge area and yet I hardly saw anyone. The shared bathroom was well appointed and the only comparison in price (locally) was a room in a local or nearby pub. My recommendation to anyone, especially couples, would be to book this room for an all round lovely stay in peaceful and relaxing surroundings and a truly affordable price. Thanks very much.

Wanted somewhere in Featherston to get an early start to cycle to Wellington station (having caught the evening train over). Bronwyn an excellent hostess and found a safe location for the bikes. The place was spotless and great having a communal kitchen and chat to other guests. Would definitely recommend it for anyone doing Tour Aotearoa - particularly as there is a hot tub available (we didn't use it so cannot comment further).
