Putangirua Pinnacles Reserve and campsite is a nature preserve in Cape Palliser. We offer the Pinnacles Ridge Track, an easy to intermediate walking track leading to a lookout with views of earth pillar formations. Our reserve was a filming location for the Lord of the Rings and features a stream crossing, car park, toilet, and shelter at the track entrance.
