A superb discovery! Even from Brittany, tasting this Château Pollestres is a true invitation to travel. All the sunshine and character of the South are captured in a glass. A balanced wine with lovely oak notes, perfect for escaping for a while. I highly recommend Caves Laure de Nyls for the quality of their selections. A sure bet, no matter the distance 😍

What a wonderful discovery these Roussillon wines were, and what a warm welcome to explain and let us taste these nectars... we stocked up on Muscat and other wines... we tasted and bought the Christmas Muscat... a delight... thank you to the super kind gentleman who advised us so well... we will return with great pleasure... BRAVO to all these winemakers who delight us!
