It's a brewery that makes beer, and you can enjoy it on-site, but it's not a café. The beer is excellent, not yet organic, but in this protected environment, the emphasis is on reducing and reusing waste. To try it, you can visit one of the two cafés in Fillols: Café du Canigo or Café de l'Union.

We received a very warm welcome from Tanguy, who shared his passion with us for almost an hour. Excellent beers for all tastes. Highly recommended.

This brewery, open since February, is run by a Belgian brewer who is truly passionate about his craft and offers four beers, all very well made and delicious (though of course, taste is subjective). The brewery is open Thursdays and Saturdays from 2 pm to 8 pm. They offer a bottle deposit system (33cl) and also sell kegs. A great find! 👍😇
