Very friendly staff. We took a "plache" and a burrata with tomatoes as a starter, both were excellent. To finish off our diner we took some sushi, tuna (for myself) and salmon (for my partner). I personnally didn't like my tuna sushi. My partner found the salmon sushi to be good.
We recently stayed in Laroque des Alberes and visited this lovely restaurant twice! The second time purely because the first time was so good. The quality of the food is amazing, the atmosphere is great and the location is stunning. If you are a sushi lover than I highly recommend this restaurant.
Perfect place for a light meal on a very hot evening. While they have plentiful outdoor seating the old stone walls of the interior were the place to be. Generous portions of croquettes and deep-fried prawns were matched with delicious and fresh salmon tartare and tuna maki rolls. Service was charming and I've only knocked off a star for atmosphere (perhaps unfairly) because we were the only diners. Deserves more - a great addition to the Laroque restaurant scene and well worth the walk up through the old village (the fabulous Mountain views alone make the walk worthwhile).
