A very fine range of wines—some with zero additives—with a particularly elegant and recognizable style. Highly complex, aging creates a beautiful finesse, and yields lead to a remarkable salinity. A pleasantly welcoming and open-minded person. Not to be missed!

We emailed the winery for a short tasting on a weekend, and luckily they were happy to greet us, talk about their wine, and treat us to a tasting! Very hospitable, spoke English well, and the wines were delicious! They did not charge us for the tasting, but of course we had to being a bottle along with us. Thank you so much!! Hope Coï is doing well 🐕
