A little piece of historic heaven in the midst of the Fenouillèdes. The peace and quiet, the total lack of crowds of people wanting to take photos make this a wonderful place to visit. There is a real feeling of the past here, maybe if you turn around quickly enough while exploring this beautiful place you will see a Roman legionnaire! The site is very easy to reach from the nearby lay-by. It is worth a drive to come to Ansignan!
