The property manager, Jalysa, was knowledgeable, professional, available, and very kind!! Moving can be stressful, but Jalysa made it a smooth, seamless, and hassle-free experience! I’m lucky to be at a place with her as the property manager!

Per usual, my maintenance request was addressed lickity split! The odor of sewage has diminished almost to undetectable. I am left wondering if it was a figment of my imagination since when Ken came up here he didn't smell it, and there have been no other complaints. Thanks - sincerely!
Quick and easy lease renewal. 4 different property managers in my 2 years here. Maintenance is run by one person...he is very diligent and extremely helpful, but I fear overworked! Turnover rate of neighbors is high. Have met mostly nice neighbors. Most of my issues have been addressed. My main qualm is the rent has been raised every year that I have been here...I am entering my third year here. Rent is up every renewal by more than $100 with very few benefits to attribute the rise to. One of the few places I could bring my dog! Excellent location and setting near loads of great dining and businesses. I truly love it here, but wish it was not so pricey.
Hard to contact management. Living in a work zone for over a year. Still raised my rent. At least it's in a decent place. Some neighbors are nice, some are trash. I do not own chalk and did not write this Update 2 years later, nothing changed. Except they put in electric vehicle chargers, when nobody has an electric vehicle. Yet, none of the apartments are handicapped accessible. Rent raised $200 / month
Moved here in November '22 and everything has been great. I was apprehensive because of some of the older reviews, but so far it's been super easy and pleasant. Quiet. Pretty. Parking is easy. My apartment is clean with no functional issues or damage. Appliances are new. Bathroom is in better shape than any other rental I've had. Everything runs on electric, but so far my bill hasn't horrified me. Complex is close to hiking trails in a preserve that isn't crowded (sometimes I don't see another person the whole time). Laundry room is high tech where I can check my laundry's status on my phone. Maintenance called me 2 minutes after I sent in a non-urgent request via the online portal and has since been quite responsive any time I've had an inquiry. The surroundings are quiet and rural but it's not too far to get to the local health food store and other necessities. No issues with neighbors, and it's nice to look outside and see different dogs being walked. There's a pond with geese, ducks and I saw a muskrat once. I was searching for a place to live for months and am grateful this is where I landed. Only issue I've had is that cell service is pretty rough, at least for me (Verizon). Definitely needed to enable wifi-calling on my phone. Not a big deal, unless I go outside.
