Had a relatively large 6 month CD taken out at TD bank that was getting around a 4 + % APR. I missed calling in to renew the CD when it matured, so TD bank automatically renewed it at a 1% interest rate which they chose. This totally self centered and non customer oriented choice that TD bank made regarding renewing my CD at the rate which they chose only benefitted them and should be illegal. Their choice was an incredible example of a 100% anti customer position and the information and circumstances regarding it, I will make sure to pass on to every person I know. To say the least, I will be canceling all my accounts at TD bank come the maturity date of my CD.

Not considerate of their customers :: My account was fraudulent attacked in June someone made a mobile deposit in the amount of $4,900.00 immediately was able to take out $1.000.00 the said check was an out of state check drawn on Well Fargo Minneapolis MN. It was a business check with my name typed above a business in Owoler,AZ the name of the company was People,Inc.The check was payable to an Ever Enrique Carresquero Lopezof Villa , IL60181. I did not make this transaction,, I would like to know again However whenever I deposited an out of state check I was told I had to wait 7to 10business days ?.This is outrageous you people believe I did this fraudelent act I would not know how to make a mobile deposit I am retired do not understand computers and I am 74 years old I also live in a hotel due to the sale of my home. It is possible all my info was taken from my room including my phone . I have been struggling financially since this act has occurred Thank you Rita Streit P.S I was also told I could never open another account in your bank but you know you treat people like this trust I never want to do business with you ever again This is a valid complete !!

Really disappointed in the Woodbury branch. They used to bend over backwards to make customers happy. Now they don’t want anything to do with customers. We have multiple accounts there and each kid got their own account when they started high school so they could save and manage their own money. Took my daughter there today. She was so excited to open her account. They told me you have to make an appointment to open an account and there are no appointments until next week. Huh? You go in a bank and open accounts. That’s what you do there. There were at least 5-6 staff there with only one customer. Totally ridiculous. I was put off to the point I just went down the street to a different bank. Walked in, teller took us immediately and 10 min later she had her account and we were on our way.
