I highly recommend SCORE for your physical therapy needs. I had two rotator cuff surgeries over the past five years and Chris the physical therapist did an amazing job to help me with my recovery both times. He is very knowledgeable and kind and I appreciate everything he did for me. I can’t say enough about his entire team. Thank you!

I had bilateral rotator cuff surgery within 6 months & am in rehab at Score in Woodbury Ct. Rehab has been challenging due to limited ROM, lack of strength & partial frozen shoulder. Chris is superior in his field, an exemplary physical therapist committed & dedicated to excellent care.
