I shopped around quite a bit for the best mortgage package, and Robert ultimately offered the best overall terms. The final closing costs matched what he originally quoted. There were no last minute surprises. Throughout the entire process, Robert was consistently available and responsive. Into the late evening or early in the morning, he would answer emails and was always quick to pick up the phone. I also had an extremely tight closing timeline.
