I have had Rich come change 2 different items in my home and I can say with out any hesitation that everything was wonderful from start to finish. I swapped out a wood burning stove and insert with propane ones. Both items I purchased still look like wood burning stoves and fireplace but with a click of a switch and no hauling wood or mess. Shannon was so helpful and welcoming in the showroom- she knows her products well!! Rich and his installers were excellent. Took care with my items and floor and left everything clean and ready to go. Thank you so much!!!!

Can’t say enough good things about Rich & John’s. They rebuilt our chimney after a tree took it out during a storm years ago. With the recent mild winters, we haven’t used the chimney much—but when we did, we noticed smoke coming into the house. Even after all this time, Rich promptly came out to take a look and quickly identified the issue, which turned out to be related to the unique shape of our fireplace and how we were starting our fires. He was incredibly helpful, and we learned a ton during his visit. We’re excited to enjoy fires again, and if you need any chimney work done, these are your guys. Thanks again!

Highly recommend. Very professional and easy to deal with. The guys showed up exactly when they said they'd be here. They wouldn't even walk into the house without first laying down a blanket to wipe their feet on. Great touch. They were fast and efficient. Well worth the money.

Couldn’t say enough good things about this company. I called in on a Friday afternoon with a clogged chimney servicing 3 separate gas appliances for my multifamily. Within 10 minutes of my phone call, I was informed the owner, Rich would be right out when he left his current call. Rich came out, diagnosed the issue, informed me what needed to happen, provided an accurate estimate, and scheduled me in for a Sunday morning repair due to the urgency of the matter. Sunday morning the crew came in, was able to clear the blockage, put a new up to code liner inside my chimney, and repiped the appliances as necessary, all within a couple hours. Thank you to everyone involved, from the office personnel, to Rich, to the technicians that worked hard on a Sunday to get me back up and running. Highly recommend using this company.
