So happy we found this new vet. Every detail and thought that was put into building this office is noticeable. Dr. C. has a wonderful bedside manner, is super down to earth, and is very reasonable, not pushy at all (also went to UPenn for vet school-very commendable!). The office is absolutely beautiful and very spacious (I love the thought of separating cats and dogs being that my dog is not a fan of cats). The staff has always been nice and professional. Again, very glad that we found Pine Grove Vet which is conveniently located very close to our house. I wish them MUCH success. Also, major bonus points for being privately owned and not sucked up by the VCA conglomerate, which I’m sure is difficult to do in today’s economy. Don’t hesitate to bring your pet here, l confidently believe that they are in great hands.

My experience at Pine Grove was exceptional. Everyone was so kind and considerate. I was able to get in right away for concerning behaviors my dog was having. The Doctor was very thorough and even though, and thankfully, there were no serious concerns, they made me feel so supported. Maybe our Rudy was playing it up for attention! He certainly received it!

Meeting Dr. Reeves and the staff at Pine Grove for the very first time for an emergency for our Shitz-Tzu on Memorial Day weekend was a godsend to say the least. The practice welcomed us as new clients with open arms and relieved our anxiety over our dog, Wyatt’s health issue. The doctor and staff were so friendly and reassuring and made us feel at home while they took exceptional care of Wyatt who has since fully recovered under their care. We were pleasantly surprised at how fair the fees were for his care as well. It is very clear, that the compassionate care of animals is their main priority . Today, we were seen for a new client/well visit for our newest rescue, Maggie with Dr. Reeves and it couldn’t have gone better. She was a little skittish at first, but the whole staff handled her with extra gentle care. She was everyone’s best friend by the time our appointment ended. We absolutely adored the “Welcome Sign” with all the pets of the day on it… very touching and welcoming! ❤️ Next week we have a new client appointment for our dog Skittles and we can’t wait for everyone to meet him. We are so glad we landed at Pine Grove Veterinary Hospital and look forward to a beautiful future together!! 🐾

Excellence in pet care given from front desk to Veterinary services. Clean, organized, knowledgeable, caring, and quality experienced from first well visit to recent spaying and teeth removal. The staff are excellent and helpful. Dr. Ciarleglio is informative and down to earth, patient and caring. As a first time dog owner I was stressed about her spaying. I was kept informed from start through to next day. They even sent me a reassuring pic!🐶💕 So grateful to have Pine Grove Veterinary Hospital in Woodbury CT!

We are so grateful that Dr Ciarleglio and Anna were able to get our sick kitty Mookbee in so quickly. Dr Ciarleglio is so kind and empathetic, assessed our boy and gave us a plan to care for Mookbee. And told us they were there when we need them, these words bring me so much peace. It has become difficult to get consistent,fast veterinary care for our crew. So relieved to have Pine Grove Veterinary Hospital, Dr Ciarleglio and staff to care for our crew. Office is beautiful. Entire staff is so kind. Thank you 😊
