As a Woodbury resident, I only gave this Mobile 2 stars because they are the only gas station in town that has diesel. Awkwardly placed pumps, unfriendly attendant, and what is going on with the empty shelves for more than 6 months now?, everytime I ask, “we are getting our shipment next week” is their response. If you don’t need diesel, then go to Shell in Middlebury

I wish I could give this place zero stars, because I have never NOT been frustrated while attempting to get gas here. The pump rarely works, and when it does there is always an issue. Unfortunately this is the only gas station close to my house that is also on the way to my commute to work. Every time I have to get gas here I hate myself for even putting myself in this situation. I really hope they get bought out by someone who actually cares about their customers.

I'd only use this location if I ran out of gas... I was very surprised to see the lack of respect for the customer. One would believe that the location in Woodbury, CT would be based on customer service unparalleled to other locations. Instead, the cashier greeted me with "What do you want?" Of course his cell phone was to his ear and he was doing a half assed job in making the cash transaction. On the sign for the gasoline, the price was $2.89 for cash payments and $2.97 for credit. I was charged $2.97 even though I paid cash, and I couldn't rectify the problem because his cell phone was glued to his ear and he was watching my every move as if I was a thief. The only thief I saw was the one who couldn't put in the cash transaction. I didn't feel very much at ease at the gas station and I certainly was not going to give this location 5 stars. I'd recommend someone to train the guy on customer service because it was apparent that my business and presence was not welcome. The Shell station in the center of Woodbury is a better location and has better customer service. That is why there are more people who fill up and do business at the Shell station because they are appreciated and treated with respect.
