Attn: Nick and Bob - Your employee Bob came out to our house today (Feb 2026) and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had run out of gas last night and were smelling gas and he came out to check the lines, pressure, etc and restart the pilots. He was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, personable and patient. He took the time to explain and didn’t ‘mansplain’. Thanks again to Bob and ‘Mitchell’ Nina and John

Has Been A Horrible Experience with this Propane Company. They Misjudged our propane level and let us run out of propane. They don’t ask you if you want to Pay your bill with A Specific Account. They just took $412 out of my Bank Account without checking with me to ok it, and now they have Charged my card again. Talking to my Bank Account in the AM about this Transaction.Now my Account is short to pay other bills I have. This whole Experience has been A Awful Experience. Have never had this Horrible Experience with any other Company before.

I have been a customer of Mitchell for years. They have installed a new oil tank and furnace over the last few years and always have done an excellent job. I would definitely recommend Mitchell Fuel.

I have been dealing with Mitchell oil for almost 40 years. This is one of the most efficient companies I have ever dealt with. The phone response is excellent, and their repair representatives are good at their jobs. This is a company that you can depend on.

Recently Mitchell serviced our oil burner. It has never run quieter. The service rep. also reported a bubble on the bottom surface of our tank and recommended a new one. Mitchell's sub contractor did an outstanding job handling the replacement and completed the task by 2 PM the same day. Overall we were very satisfied. Thank you.
