I was given the name of George Duffey by a co worker. I called and spot Tia woman about my delicate situation about a will I needed to find out about. The woman said if he called me back he would let me know if he would take the case. I said to her, if. I need to receive a call back and she said I would receive a call back and if he didn’t want to do it he would point me in the right d. I never heard a word back. Thank you for your total lack of professionalism and courtesy for such a difficult situation. The woman who I spoke to and you are pathetic.

I am sharing my experience based on my mother’s case in family court. During the process, I observed multiple situations that raised serious concerns. My father had repeated violent outbursts during conferences, and there was no apparent intervention to protect my mother. Additionally, my mother was being investigated for alleged parental alienation, something she was not informed about until she got a new attorney. Based on what I witnessed, it felt like her attorney, Michael Fasano, was not fully advocating for her or keeping her informed about key developments in her case. I would advise anyone working with him in a family court context to stay vigilant, ask questions, and ensure you fully understand what is happening in your case. Transparency and advocacy are critical, and my experience left me concerned that these were lacking.

Attorney Fasano Jr. is hands down the best. During one of the most difficult times of my life he represented me. As in any divorce when there were areas of conflict or I would get mad and upset, Fasano kept me level and reminded me what would be best for my family. He was so fantastic my husband fired his attorney, self represented, and trusted in Fasano to move forward with what was mutually beneficial in meetings with both of us. Highly recommend and thank you.

Att. Duffy has a genuine heart felt concern for his clients. His staff where on their game for covid19 cautions. Mr. Duffy's explanations and questions where very clear and easy to follow. Anything I had difficulty with understanding, he restated in more laymans terms.

I never post reviews, but I felt the need to do so in case his law firm is not aware how the front door of his firm handled my situation. I give one star for Not professional, not because of the Attorney but his clerk Joanne who was very insensitive and unwilling to even send a message to Attorney Fassanno just because I don’t currently reside in Connecticut. I was willing to pay a fee for the consultation but no questions were asked and denied a consultation. I explained that I will be moving to CT in one week to reside there, but all she focused in was that he didn’t practice in my state. I had previously worked with Fassano Jr. and had nothing but a great experience reason for which i decided to reach to this Law firm again. I sent an email to Attorney Fassano to make him aware of the situation so it doesn’t happen to someone else, but at this point I don’t trust that it will be forwarded to him, reason for which I decided to do this public review.
