The gentleman I spoke with was so nice and very helpful. My monthly payment was late, I couldn’t pay my bill till late at night on the 5th. It said much more than I usually pay so I needed to talk to someone. I am on disability and I don’t get that much money so it would have been very hard for me pay the extra money. I was so happy he could work with me. I will make sure I am not late on a payment again. Thank you for your kindness.

I’ve been renting a unit, at times even multiple units, at Woodbury Self Storage for quite some time, and I can’t say enough positive things about this location. Gary and Jeff have consistently delivered exceptional service throughout my entire experience. They are always friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making everything smooth and stress-free. Whenever I’ve had a question, whether regarding my account, access, or any other matter, they’ve responded promptly, professionally, and with a great attitude. They truly go above and beyond, and their dedication is a major reason I’ve continued renting here. The facility is clean, well-run, and clearly managed by people who care about their customers. This is by far the most professionally run and beautiful, convenient, comfortable climate controlled, secure, clean facilities with high standards that I have ever occupied. Highly recommend space here both for the aforementioned and fair pricing.
