I recently used Joe Simpson Plumbing to replace 4 builder supplied exterior sill cocks with quality quarter turn sill cocks at my home. I found Joe and his co-workers to be professional in their work with attention to detail. I would use them again for future plumbing needs.

My hot water tank died and caused a minor flood on Saturday. So, I left a voicemail for Joe Simpson the next day, and he called back right away even though it was a Sunday during a bad snow storm. Joe said he would replace the tank the next day. I was thrilled with the fast response. Two of his guys, Jake and Jamie, left a little while ago, and I couldn't be happier with their work and professionalism. I highly recommend them.
I have used Joe for so many repairs over the past few years! He is knowledgeable, kind, efficient, and responsive! Wouldn’t use anyone else!!
Unreliable and unprofessional DO NOT RECOMMEND. Hired Joe for plumbing work in my kitchen and install a water heater. After waiting weeks to fit his schedule he sent a new estimate for $2k more than his initial quote. I sent an email and asked for details about the new quote. He replied the day before scheduled work with “ I’m not longer interested in this work”. He claimed to pull a permit, never did - mind you he had me paying for it. He mumbles and can be hard to understand. Calling the company isn’t much better, his wife Amber in the “manager”, although well spoken, was drowned out by their baby crying and yelling. She told me he didn’t want a deposit, he later said a deposit was required. Confusing mess! Wasted my time, don’t waste yours - calla better plumber
