Don't like writing bad reviews but they had their chance to make it right. Been using them for 3 years. Maybe 10 visits no one was able to explain aux heating system. Last visit a tech showed up under the influence and told me I didnt have aux heat and heat pump couldn't keep up with cold. Well the next day was 48 degrees and had same problem. Well I used a competitor and within 2 min he shined an infrared gun on ceiling and said there's your aux. he also fixed an easy wire that wasn't communicating with heat pump. Easy peasy. Plus showing up smelling like alcohol is unprofessional and inappropriate. Constant wrong info. They said owner would call me to explain. Never did. Instead they sent me a bill for service. I'll pay it but that's the last of them. Way too many options to treat your customers this way. Not a good business.
