He recommended an asking price that generated a lot of interest in the property and enabled us to sell the house quickly and for more than we anticipated. He made a challenging situation much easier by bringing a calm, can-do attitude and focusing on solutions that kept the process moving efficiently. Know that I drafted this in the car right after we closed on the house because I was so in awe of Taylor, just got a bit busy and never posted it. Copied from my notes, here is my experience with Taylor: Buying your first home is equally hard work and pure luck. For my partner and me, our “luck” was finding Taylor. A review of Taylor was what immediately stuck with me, and within 24 hours of connecting, she had us ready to put in an offer on a home we loved and had seen without her (we were excited). I can’t emphasize enough how much Taylor is ON IT. From the beginning, she was incredibly thorough, communicative, and beyond kind and understanding. As first-time home buyers, we had so many questions, but Taylor made sure we never felt lost. Even checking in when we got quiet a few times. Everyone has heard some home-buying horror stories; maybe you’ve had them yourself. But for us, thanks to Taylor, the process could not have been smoother. We truly could not have found a better agent to help us through such a milestone.
