My first time at this location.Spent over $50. Sales clerk wouldn't let me go out to vehicle to get my Saturday coupon, said there's a line. I Asked if there was a hold button, he said no . I should have told him to find the cancel button. I'd rather travel to Waterbury Chase parkway and waste gas to be accommodated. Everywhere else they'd spot you a coupon or provide you a minute of customer service. Good luck, young man.

I just have to say everytime i come here, there’s young lady that’s super sweet, young men that are all nice and then….theres this old lady. I thought it was a bad day for her one time maybe but NOPE, cuz every single time i see her she’s just plain rude and not polite one bit. No feelings and no hospitality. No hi. No goodmorning. No how are you. I go out my way to say hi and i don’t get nothing back too! Straight ignores you! Like what??? Go retire already please! Absolutely miserable and just rude! I’m over this old lady. Middlebury will be my new location because of this one employees continuous attitude. FIY SHE HAS SHORT WHITE AND HAIR GLASSES. SHE WORKS IN THE MORNINGS TOO FYI SHE MUST NOT BE A MORNING PERSON

I like stopping in for a quick drink or to grab a few items between grocery store trips—it’s convenient and generally affordable (though LaBonne’s can has better promotions). That said, the manager’s behavior is clearly the driving force behind the store’s constant staff turnover. Her unprofessional and disrespectful attitude, often times in front of customers, fosters a toxic work environment, and it’s obvious that employee morale is suffering. I’ve seen many great workers come and go simply because of how poorly they were treated. District management seriously needs to step in and take a hard look at what’s happening here.

Shelf was half empty. Asked if a box on the u boat can be opened so I can see the new items in the case. I collect hot wheels so finding a case untouched is everything. Was told it couldn’t be opened or put it yet. It was up top which shouldn’t have been a problem to do so but it is what it is. Other stores have no issue with it.

The women working there were so kind and funny. The good review ends there. When you first walk in there is a TOWER of goods that need to be put out on the floor. Anyone standing at the register cannot see the floor. Which not only is a hazard, but impacts customer service as well as theft prevention. Almost every single aisle had large carts full of unopened merchandise- while the shelves barely had items on them. Not only is it impossible to pass but they are blocking large sections of items you can’t shop. This is a fire hazard as well as a loss in revenue. The aisles you can shop are bare while boxes filled with merchandise sit unopened while simultaneously blocking and preventing customers from shopping large areas. This is not the first time I have encountered this in the store. It is almost every single time I go in. They were even shut down for a time due to this being a fire hazard. Maybe you need a couple night shifts a week to get the merch out. You may pay time and a half but you will make more with products out and aisle clear. Again- the women were lovely!
