We employed Alan Zinser of Murphy Business Sales when we put our daycare center up for sale just before Covid started. Needless to say, it was a challenging time to sell but Alan presented our school and its potential to interested parties in very positive ways. He took time to get to know us and understand the philosophy of the school. I believe his enthusiasm and belief in our mission were instrumental in eventually closing the deal. As the retired partner, I was not active in the day-to-day proceedings of the sale, but Alan always made sure I understood the challenges as they arose.
