I don’t throw around 5-star reviews lightly—but Constantine's Restaurant absolutely earned it. I ordered the baked stuffed shrimp, and honestly, it was outstanding. Perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and not drowned in butter like a lot of places tend to do. You could actually taste the quality of the seafood and the seasoning—big difference. My wife had the salmon, and same story there—cooked exactly right, moist, flavorful, and clearly fresh. Not overdone, not dry—just nailed. Service was on point too. Attentive without being overbearing, and everything came out at a great pace. This is one of those rare places where you walk out already talking about when you’re coming back. If you’re anywhere near Woodbury and want a reliable, high-quality meal without the nonsense—this is it. We’ll definitely be back.
