Very expensive and will randomly quit working quite often and needs to be reset. For the price I should have to reload paper and that’s it…. Nothing like clearing jams 8-12 times a day…..

their truck scale equipment looks tacky and cheap and any time we have an issue their support team takes forever to respond they wont allow the scale technicians that work on our scales to fix anything and they will make you buy a whole unit before sending parts to fix it and their sales guy tim will talk down to you like hes the smartest guy in the world and condescend you the entire time also dont use their automation guy in sioux city he was almost as terrible i'd work with agris before compuweigh ever again atleast agris tries to be helpful i almost think tim is trying to not make compuweigh any money he needs some customer service training all over a com issue at the scale box should have been an easy fix of a wire according to the scale company but compuweigh is greedy and lacks any real support for their customers they only care about the money

Tiny automation company that’s understaffed, with poor service, and no quality control. Located in the middle of nowhere on a nondescript road. Should be avoided.

Beautiful property! Great company - but I have a relative who works there, so it must be!
