Avoid the seared scallops with pasta. The scallops were small, rubbery and covered in salt. The pasta was drowning in lemon and butter sauce. Way too heavy. I’m very disappointed at this meal and quite frankly the only thing that was good was the warm rolls that are served as soon as you sit down. The noise level is loud. There’s nothing insulating the sound from the floor, the walls or the ceiling so the noise literally bounces all over the place. .

Food was good but had a major issue with credit card. Was charged twice for our meal and also was charged $114,25 for another couples meal which was to be charged to their cc. They were also charged on their cc. Called restaurant and received very rude response when explained the issue. Basically blamed the cc company which is very hard to believe. He said he received at least one complaint a month regarding similar issues. The double charge was eventually deleted but the second charge still remains. Disputed the charge with cc company as Carlito's has not yet cancelled. Will not be returning again as no respect for their customers. Promised to call back after checking but have yet to hear from them. This was obviously the servers error but no apology received nor attempt to resolve.

cozy atmosphere, there was no crowd and it was extremely peaceful. the food was amazing. i got pasta e fagioli, and for dessert i got pistachio cake. i came here with my friend and i will definitely be returning!

I enjoyed a nice dinner here with friends, the food and service was good and we liked the ambience. I had the Cavatelli con Pollo with a salad, with a very good Italian dressing. The table dinner rolls came out piping hot and fresh and were delicious. The sauce on the pasta had a little too much oil and was a little bland for my taste, but overall a pleasant experience. My friends both liked their entrees.

This was my one and only trip to Carlito’s of Woodbury. An absolute disappointment. The staff was awkward and unsociable, the food was sub par and expensive and the overall experience left much to be desired. Bread and oil was bland and added nothing the experience. The soup was thoroughly disgusting and was sent back. The saltiest soup I’ve ever had the displeasure of tasting. Salad had very little dressing on it. The dinner was the only good part of the meal and while expensive was good and tasty. I cannot recommend Carlito’s in any capacity. Overpriced and not worth it. Better off going elsewhere.
