We have used C&D for several years to maintain our Generac generator. The experience is always beyond professional and responsive. Most recently we had an emergency. There was a 12 hour power outage and a friend’s generator was not working. They have a critical medical need that requires attention. I placed a call and within one hour, on July 4th weekend, the battery was replaced and electricity restored. C & D is a high quality company!

I have to say that this company is totally on the ball should you decide on the installation of an in-home generator. Don't let their location fool you in Woodbury. They go statewide and were recommended by Generac. They were the most complete in their pricing and dealing with them (especially Christine in their office) made the installation go a lot smoother than we anticipated. A word of advice (buy the propane tanks from them). Unfortunately, we went with our propane provider and they were not at all competent and took longer than anticipated to get all of the permits in place. It would have been seamless if we had gone with C&D Custom Electrical. It isn't that easy installing an in-home generator so you want someone who is professional and competent. The night of the blizzard, we lost power. We have been waiting 4 years for our full house generator to work its magic. The generator went on but our power didn't. At 1am my husband called the emergency line and they walked us through, in the moment, how to override and solve the problem. We had power back on in 5 minutes. They also are sending someone out this week to fix the problem. Great service, especially in the middle of a storm and at 1am ;). Thank you.

I called C&D at the recommendation of a friend. I moved in to a new house and needed my generator serviced and help to set up mobile monitoring. I spoke with Caitlin at great length and then she scheduled Tim to visit my house. Tim was so great in getting the service complete and getting the unit communicating with my WIFI and Caitlin was awesome to speak too. I would HIGHLY recommend C&D!
