Brendan is the best! He has been with my wife and myself for several previous home inspections, including water and radon testing. His knowledge on every aspect inside and out of a house is top tier! The reports that he provides along with walk through knowledge leaves us feeling confident in our decision making. We are forever grateful to him for his guidance during our home search process, and plan to use him for any remodeling and building needs in the future! Highly recommend! I saw the great reviews on B & W Home Inspections, so asked Brendan to inspect my soon to be home. EXCELLENT decision to do so! Brendan took his time, inspected everything, and took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and why. His lengthy report came the next day and he is available to discuss if you have any questions. Also, fairly priced. I would highly recommend Brendan to do your home inspection.

Brendan at B&W Home Inspection LLC. Is exactly who you want performing your home inspection! He provides the peace of mind needed when purchasing a home so you know exactly what you’re getting in to. His reports are excellently detailed and I truly appreciate how Brendan takes his time during his inspections and explains everything he finds, as well as explaining how things can be fixed. Brendan is a wonderful person, provides great insight and does an extremely thorough job! You will NOT be disappointed in his services! I cannot recommend Brendan enough!

Not only is Brendan a home inspector, but he's a excellent builder. He provided great suggestions, insight and peace of mind during a major construction project of ours. He's very friendly, easy to talk to, and simply gets the job done right. You can't go wrong with hiring B&W Home Inspection.

If you’re looking for someone to bring you confidence and peace of mind when buying a home, GO WITH B&W . I just have to say that it was an absolute pleasure to work and speak with Brendan. He has helped us out tremendously during our inspection process when trying to buy our first home. The biggest thing for me was he really ensured that I knew what he was explaining to me and to my wife. From his professionalism to his friendly attitude, you just can’t find anyone better.
