The beauty of your store is that you have most things....another key benefit is friendly, knowledgeable ee's to guide me to where I want to go. George(?) was timely, friendly and knowledgeable in helping me solve my reason for coming in. Thanks George!! (I needed an oversized "S" hook).

Do yourself a favor, plan ahead and order on Amazon or somewhere else instead of here. Their prices are outrageous! I feel they’re taking advantage of the community. If you want convenience, you’re gonna pay for it!

This Friday morning I needed to return a length of unused 2 inch pvc pipe purchased in another hardware store (not Ace Hardware) out of town. I wasn’t looking forward to the 45 minute return round trip. Enroute I stopped at my local hardware store first. Store manager Matt at my hometown Aubuchon Ace volunteered to save me a 10 mile out of town trip and accepted my pipe return and credited my card immediately. Even though the original purchase was at TrueValue and not Ace. This level of service is available at big box stores as long as one is willing to drive much further, spend the extra time, and risk the big city traffic. Kudos to my longtime friend Mary Schivera behind the counter, Josh on the register and Stoe Manager Matt for going above and beyond. Multi-decade customer, Jeff Leavenworth

Since moving to the area, I’ve been to this location countless amount of times. Friendly atmosphere when you walk in, and you can count on knowledgeable and super helpful employees to meet any of your needs. They guys here are great!

Kinda sad that they didn’t have any options for exterior paint colors in small project size cans. Also I bought a $7 plain bucket, asked for a lid, and they charged me $6 and gave me the wrong one. Went back, they rung it up again and WOOOOOO $5 for a lid to the bucket. I feel like they could’ve just given me the lid instead of trying to refund me $1. I’ve attached a photo of said bucket because as I’ve paid for it, I might as well show off the gilded prize lol.
