The office staff are always helpful, easy to get an appointment, just wish the APNR would spend a little more time and show some interest in me as a patient, always in a hurry, never asks questions, seems uninterested in my general health.
Fire front desk staff immediately, what a nightmare they are. Saloua is great but lord the front desk staff needs to go….
If I could give -5 stars, I would. Dr. Salua is OK other than that I’ve had very poor experiences with the customer service every time the nurse answers the phone. They don’t agree to call veto to confirm my appointments. The woman told me I was not allowed to make a new appointment any longer. Due to them, not doing their job and me missing appointments because they give them too close when I carefully explain to them that you need 72 hours notice for veyo. The nurse tried to give me medical advice over the phone instead of refilling my prescription And tried to tell me I could just take Tums over-the-counter.
Saloua A.P.R.N. is very friendly and knowlegable. However the staff in the office are not very friendly and they are useless. My daughter had an ultra sound done back in Sept. I kept calling for the results and the receptionist said the results are on Saloua'a desk. It took the receptions 5 WEEKS to get back to us with the results. I asked for a copy of the results to be mailed to us and they weren't. I finally had to pick up the results myself otherwise my daughter would've been fired from work.
Doctor Saloua and the entire Alliance Medical Group Family in Woodbury are amazing to deal with. They are very kind and knowledgeable- always top notch service.
