Our hotel features casual quarters and a 24-hour fitness room
We had a handicap room and it fit the bill! Breakfast was a tad on the negative side. Eggs were bad, coffee was burnt, and need at least 2 waffle makers. On the good side, they had turkey sausage, a great selection of toppings for the waffles, and there was plenty of tables.
Welp,we stopped in from Indy for a Brewers game and we were impressed. From top to bottom, this place is awesome. The staff is amazing. Every employee I encountered was super polite and spoke to me in passing. The awesome young lady at the desk, I think her name was Nita,she was epic. Professional, friendly, funny and understanding. Truly appreciated her and Lance the manager who came to our rescue when I card malfunctioned. Just really nice and caring folks workinghere. I truly felt like a customer they cared about and thats what matters. They lo action is perfect, the facilities were nice and clean and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!
The front desk staff is fantastic…it seems like they’re always getting steamrolled by people, but those ladies kept their composures and professionalism at all time. The rooms were great for the rate paid, especially when compared to other offerings in the area. The breakfast is a but “uninspired” but it’s good enough to grab a quick bite. The pastries, cereals, juices, and fruits were all fine, if not a bit generic. Would definitely stay again!!!
I wish more people would post these on their reviews but that’s why I’m here. If you’re over 6 foot tall you’ll appreciate the shower. Rooms are spacious and don’t feel outdated. Internally on this review I marked service at a two. It was great we were able to check in an hour early and I know it’s one person out of many but the afternoon receptionist seemed like I was interrupting her day. I said hi how’s it going and I get in return rude return answer. Again check in early plus, service with upbeat personality - needs some TLC. Looking forward to breakfast at least! Also……Go Cubs Go!
Nita at the front desk is a gem. You couldn’t ask for a more transparent and honest person to have help run your hotel. On a day with large groups and a full house she went above and beyond to make sure my group was accommodated. After traveling for two months straight this level of attentiveness was greatly appreciated. 5 Stars for service.
