I have been going to Timmers since I was little. My Great Grandparents had a place at the very end of that road. First time coming since the new owners and the food was amazing! Highly recommend the salmon. Also, birthday desserts are FREE!!

If you haven’t made it back out to Timmer’s Resort Restaurant since the recent sale and refresh… put it on your list! We stopped in last Friday for fish fry and WOW… hands down one of the best I’ve had in a very long time. And in Wisconsin, that’s saying something! 🐟 First, I love that they take reservations (a Friday night win 🙌) and even let you choose your space—dining room, parlor, bar, or porch. I chose the dining room and walked into a beautiful, cozy space anchored by a soaring fireplace… the perfect setting to relax and settle in for the evening. Now let’s talk fish fry… we tried it three ways: baked, beer battered, and cornflake crusted (which had the most amazing crunch!). Each plate came with three very generous pieces of fish, plus your choice of sides—baked potato, fries, or potato pancakes—along with thick rye bread and coleslaw. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and plentiful. And yes… the old fashioneds did not disappoint either 🥃 We skipped dessert (barely!) but the menu looked tempting. Honestly, the portions alone made it feel like a complete experience. What really stood out? The value. Great quality, generous portions, beautiful setting—it all adds up to a place we’ll absolutely be returning to. First time back to Timmer's restaurant since there transition. The inside and outside has a nice fresh updated look. The staff all worked together making sure guests had drinks and food entrees in a timely manner. No one just standing around. Freshly made entrees that were excellent. Thank you chef. We were lucky enough to have the manager Angie as our waitress. She was wonderful - friendly, paid attention to detail and checked in on us throughout the meal. We ordered the shrimp scampi and rib dinners, both were delicious, no complaints. Here's a restaurant that knows paying attention to the small details add up and make a difference. Doors opened for us with a friendly greeting, clean and well stocked bathrooms with cloth towels - nice! I highly recommend you give it try. Thank you Timmer's staff for giving us a wonderful dining experience, we'll be back!

Absolutely beautiful resort and delicious food and beverages! We had our daughter’s wedding there. Everything was perfect! The staff was very accommodating and checked in regularly to make sure everyone was happy! It was perfect!
