Stef is hands down the most conscientious entrepreneur I’ve ever met. She cares more about clean food and eating healthy than she does money. She is very knowledgeable about food and makes sure to only use high quality purveyors. She has gone out of her way to order me food that she doesn’t keep in stock for herself. She is also great at cooking and baking. All of her bake goods and wraps are amazing. Can’t wait til she starts making soups some day ;)

From fresh salads to spices ! This market has so many items that make my heart happy. From the giant bags of carrots and beans to the fresh chicken…… the salads , the set up of the store is so amazing! This market makes eating healthy easy! Thank you to the owner for bring this beautiful, fair priced market to downtown. ♥️

There is so much variety in this little store! Clean food, reliably clean ingredients. The grab and go wraps, salads, and pastries are awesome for a quick bite, and the staff is always so kind and knowledgeable.

100% recommend! It's the only place I can shop and trust that the ingredients are clean. The store owner is so kind and truly has her customers health in mind. Love this place!
