Michelle has been really good to me the last couple of years and she always explains things to me and is patient with all my questions. After decades of loyalty to State Farm, we have gladly switched to Farmers. This switch was for multiple reasons. Pricing, customer service, accountability, coverage and knowledge in the industry. State Farm treated us like a number and often made snarky comments about our vehicle change outs. Michelle Bopp not only found ways to save us money on all policies (and let me tell you, we have 4 autos, 3 homes and 2 mopeds), but her promptness, courteous attitude and attention to detail are what really make our interactions worthwhile. She does not judge, nor add any unwanted commentary to the requests we make regarding coverages. Michelle always asks how we are doing, wishing us well for upcoming holidays or seasons. She embodies the service provider we have long sought to partner with us. We are thrilled to have found not only the BEST agent in WI, but a friend. Michelle Bopp is the very best agent I have ever worked with! After receiving endless calls from placing an inquiry online, I got so frustrated having to start from scratch with every one after putting all of my information out there...Michelle was a breath of fresh air. She had all of the information in front of her before making the call but unfortunately got the brunt of my angst. She kindly settled me down and got right to business with a great quote and continued to check on my account prior to renewal and would give me good advice as to options available. Unfortunately Farmers kept stabbing me with huge renewal rates so within the past 2 years the policy doubled twice so I've had enough! Kudos Michelle as I hope to work with you in the future!
